The Challenge
75% of people are affected mentally and physically by stress*.
Back in the early 2010’s consumers had been becoming increasingly informed and pro-active in matters related to health and wellness. 65% were admitting to have some of control over illness and have become a stronger advocate for their own health*.
The idea was to conceive a solution that could help people to identify their stress and efficiently take control over it.
Some tools were already existing but they were suffering from weaknesses that prevent them from reaching main stream audience.
Declarative methods had subjective biases while stress monitoring systems with physiological sensors were offering medical looks-like designs that were inducing anxiety at the opposite of the expected effect.
From this state of the art, the challenge was
- to design and develop a positive experience that would make people easily engaged into a beneficial behavior for their well-being,
- to set up and run the appropriate scientific and technical frameworks and make all the trials to certify the reliability and effectiveness of the product,
- to enable marketing and sales team to reach, engage, activate and nurture new types of customers on a new business field.
